Millennium Business Policy

Placing an Order: Orders may be phoned in at (561) 628-2127 during regular business hours. Customers are welcome to walk in and purchase parts during regular business hours. There will be a minimum of $60.00 charge for work which requires test firing. We suggest that you supply a minimum of 100 rounds of your ammo to insure proper function. Custom gun work requires a 50% deposit before the work can be started.

Payment: Mastercard, Visa, and Amex are accepted. Orders may also be prepaid by money order or personal check. C.O.D. orders add $6.50 to shipping cost. All orders are automatically insured at full value at a cost of $6.00 per thousand dollars.

Shipping: Federal Express / UPS. Backordered items not shipped with the original order will not be charged for shipping.

Returns: Returns (within 30 days unaltered) are permitted with prior arrangement either by phone or by letter. Returns will either be exchanged for new parts or issued store credit. R.A. Number is required.

Dealers: In order to receive dealer pricing we must have a current Federal Firearms License (FFL), tax license, a phone book ad and/or business card on file. Discounts are only available on parts (not labor) and specific dealer services.

Warranty: Due to the complexities of complying with the Federal warranty law, Millennium does not offer a written warranty. We guarantee our parts and work, but we cannot make warranties of any kind.
